Pravashi
Website and booking terms

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern how Pravashi may be used for browsing, booking, enquiries, and supplier-facilitated travel services.

Pravashi generally acts as a facilitator or intermediary unless a product page or booking document expressly states otherwise.
Travel products remain subject to the rules, inventory, schedules, and acceptance criteria of the actual supplier.
Users are responsible for accurate traveller details, valid travel documents, and compliance with supplier fare or package conditions.

Acceptance and scope

By using Pravashi, submitting an enquiry, or completing a booking, you agree to these terms together with any product-specific conditions shown during the booking flow. If you do not agree, you should not use the website for bookings.

These terms apply to website use, booking workflows, post-booking communication, and pre-launch or coming-soon product pages where available.

Role of Pravashi

For most travel products, Pravashi acts as a facilitator that enables you to identify, compare, request, and pay for services supplied by third parties. The actual contract for the underlying flight, hotel stay, bus seat, holiday package, or visa-related fulfilment is ordinarily between you and the relevant supplier.

Because of that structure, suppliers may independently change schedules, availability, baggage rules, room allocation, boarding rules, check-in requirements, package inclusions, or serviceability. We may help communicate or process these changes, but we do not control supplier operations.

Pricing, taxes, and confirmation

Displayed prices may include base fares or rates, taxes, fees, surcharges, and any clearly identified platform or convenience charges. A booking is not final until the required payment is received and the supplier confirms the reservation or inventory.

Prices, exchange rates, fare classes, availability, and included benefits can change until confirmation. Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons are subject to their own conditions and may affect refund values when cancellations happen later.

Traveller responsibilities

You are responsible for entering accurate passenger and contact information, checking names and dates before payment, carrying valid identification, and ensuring possession of any passport, visa, transit visa, health record, permit, or other document required for the trip.

You are also responsible for reading supplier restrictions such as baggage limits, no-show rules, check-in times, rescheduling rules, and age-based fare conditions before finalising a booking.

Disruptions, supplier changes, and force majeure

Travel can be affected by weather, operational issues, strikes, regulation, airport restrictions, safety decisions, political events, natural disasters, public-health events, technical failures, or other force-majeure situations. In those cases, the remedy available to you will depend on the supplier's rules and the applicable law or regulator guidance.

Where flights are involved, passenger rights relating to delays, cancellations, accommodation, compensation, or refunds may be governed by the airline's conditions and the applicable Ministry of Civil Aviation or DGCA framework.

Improper use and liability

You must not misuse the website, make speculative or fraudulent bookings, interfere with system integrity, scrape restricted content, or use another person's payment instrument or identity without authority.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pravashi is not liable for losses caused by supplier default, denial of boarding, visa refusal, inaccurate user-supplied data, missed connections, or indirect and consequential loss that sits outside the website's own direct booking facilitation role.

Policy basis

These pages are written for the current product and operating model.

Current drafting assumes Pravashi acts primarily as an OTA-style intermediary for supplier-provided travel services.

As new products, support channels, legal entities, or payment flows are added, these pages should be revised to match the actual operating model.
